As soon as we receive your order, our opticians get to work on your lenses and frame. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way, so you’ll always know exactly where your glasses are.
delivery time
- the production time for glasses is 8 working days before shipping
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace link as soon as your glasses are on their way. That way, you can follow your order and know exactly when you’ll be seeing the world crystal clear again.
shipping costs
Our packages fit through the letterbox, so you don’t have to stay home to receive them, you can simply use your home address. We can ship to almost all European countries, so even if you live abroad, you can easily order from us.

what if I want to change my order?
Just placed an order but want to make a change? No problem, as long as your glasses haven’t gone into production yet, we can take care of it for you. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible (within a few hours).
If your order is already in production or on its way, we’ll work with you to find the best possible solution.

curious if your health insurance covers your new glasses?
Because Wink & See is a recognized healthcare provider, our glasses are eligible for reimbursement by all health insurers, it just depends on your policy. Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive the invoice by email. You can then submit it directly to your insurer. Easy as that.
am I entitled to reimbursement for my glasses?
Not sure whether you qualify for reimbursement or want to know exactly how much your insurer covers? Simply check your health insurer’s website for details. If you don’t have additional insurance or have already used up your coverage for this year? No worries! Our glasses are top quality at a fair, low price. Insured or not, with Wink & See, you’re always in good hands.
How it works: many health insurers reimburse (part of) the cost of your glasses through supplementary insurance. The basic insurance only covers glasses in cases of medical necessity, so make sure to check:
- What exactly is stated in your policy
- How much is reimbursed
- How often you can claim a new pair (for example, once every 2 or 3 years)
That way, you’ll know exactly where you stand and can confidently choose the glasses that make your look shine.
